Notion, the globally popular collaborative AI workspace, is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Software Engineer to join its dedicated engineering hub in Hyderabad. In this role, you will help design, scale, and maintain Notion's internal asynchronous task runner and foundational configuration management platform. These core internal products handle high-throughput workloads for over 100 million global users, ensuring developer agility and deep site reliability. You will balance code craftsmanship with speed, evaluate emerging distributed tech stacks, resolve intricate live production bottlenecks, and directly participate in an engineering on-call rotation.

Requirements:

• A focus on business impact and engineering efficiency—knowing when to choose rapid feature deployment versus addressing long-term structural technical debt.
• Extreme comfort navigating ambiguous, unstructured engineering challenges with a clear bias toward execution and high-quality results.
• Strong collaboration habits to actively unblock, support, and advise internal product engineering teams who depend daily on core infrastructure services.
